On their website they advertise one price for an oil change including tire rotation but if you go in they charge you the advertised price for the oil change only and an additional price for the tire rot change including tire rotation but if you go in they charge you the advertised price for the oil change only and an additional price for the tire rotation, but don’t tell you that until afterwards. And if you use one of their coupons from the mail, when you question the original charge, all they say is we have you an additional discount (but you had an additional coupon for that discount). Other wise they are very polite but just not reliable. More

Money hungry. Price gouging. Blaming warranty company. Charged me for a diagnostic when I'm the one who told them what was wrong and my vehicle had been in there p Price gouging. Called around to several places and a few of them i got quoted a third of the price that they wanted to charge me. Also it seems as if they left my back window cracked for whatever reason. My carpet and back seat were soaking wet and had a mildew smell that had to be thoroughly shampooed. Will never bring any of my vehicles there again. More
