I bought a truck from them in 2023. This is the first and last time I will be going there for service. I called on Monday and made an appointment for brakes check and auto butler for Thursday at 9:00am. I explained clearly that I was driving in from a town 60miles away. I arrived at 9. First I was told they didn’t have any appointment for me. Another service rep interjected that it was fine and they would get right on it. I never received not one update without going to the desk and asking for the status. At 2:30 pm I returned to the desk to receive a ridiculous estimate-$850.00 to change the rotors and brake pads on my truck with 33,000 miles on it. My profession is in the medical field so the truck has no hard miles on it. No apologies. No explanation. I would not refer an enemy to Ralph Sellers. If there is a real person Ralph Sellers owner he either has no clue about his dealership or doesn’t care. More
