Jeff Cavazos, assistant service manager, was especially helpful and competent. His good judgment, attention, and persuasive efforts with the insurance company all helped us reach a good outcome. Also the top mechanic was able to diagnose the problem that was not even picked up by the computer checks and could have left us stranded in Eastern Montana. Norm Everett was extremely helpful in expediting our purchase of a 2017 Camry and getting us on our way home to Wisconsin. P.S. Consistent customer service We started using Lithia Toyota of Billings when we were staying for extended periods of time in Montana and needed our 2013 Prius serviced. All emplo We started using Lithia Toyota of Billings when we were staying for extended periods of time in Montana and needed our 2013 Prius serviced. All employees were courteous and work was done in a timely manner. Once we decided to move permanently to Montana we decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We started our search on line and then met in person with Brittany Pierce. What a treasure we found! She loves cars, is car knowledgeable, and will spend the time needed to answer all questions. And, if she didn't know the answer she would find the answer. We were never rushed or pressured. On the day we took ownership of our Highlander Hybrid, Brittany took us through a trial run and opened the door for future visits as we start learning all the bells and whistles. She will even take care of scheduling our future service visits for us. For such a young salesperson, Brittany is very car knowledgeable, friendly, and available for contact. Brittany doesn't consider the job completed once her buyers take ownership. She is still there to support us. It was our lucky day when she took us under her salesperson wings and helped us make the right purchase for us. More

Beware of a dealer that has to remove prices on vehciles I would like to warn consumers regarding sales at Lithia Toyota Billings. A dealership that has to remove prices from their vehicles as well as off of the internet should be looked at as a dealership that is trying to conceal something from consumers. Then to call it a sale in the hopes of luring people in with the appearance of a sale is why car dealerships have earned the poor reputation that they now enjoy. More

Best experience I have had in buying a car. We particularly enjoyed the absence of high pressure sales and the sales person taking offers back and forth from the sales manager to the customers. Brittney did a great job of explaining the features of the RAV 4. She answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to explain everything to us. I hope we are able to have a follow up session on how to operate the many systems available on the car. One session is not enough to grasp all the information about the car. We previously bought a Toyota from a Denver dealership and then gave seminars on a monthly basis to new car owners. Have you considered doing this? More
