Courteous, efficient, responsive service visit Appointment for Toyota Auto Care Plan oil change and 100 point courtesy check: service reps were very responsive, promptly checked my vehicle in for s Appointment for Toyota Auto Care Plan oil change and 100 point courtesy check: service reps were very responsive, promptly checked my vehicle in for service, the waiting area (lounge) is comfortable and relaxed with plenty of hot coffee, in having the Auto Care Plan the service reps checked my vehicle maintenance records & noted a tire rotation was due (which I had overlooked) and then performed that tire rotation above and beyond the oil change (thank you!), all in short order. The Service Department is efficient and well organized. More

Amazing!! Will definitely buy from them again! Clinton Shelton was phenomenal! We were looking at a lower cost vehicle and he treated us like we were buying the highest priced vehicle on the lot. H Clinton Shelton was phenomenal! We were looking at a lower cost vehicle and he treated us like we were buying the highest priced vehicle on the lot. He was very attentive and never pushy. We had the opportunity to buy a similar vehicle at two other dealerships for slightly less money, but Clinton won the sale because we truly felt he would stand by the purchase. (MAN AM I GLAD WE LISTENED TO OUR GUT!) This is where it gets really good.... after minimal negotiations, (they showed transparency and honesty about what they needed) we landed on an "as is" price with no conditions. As he pulled the car out of detail, Clinton noticed a tail light was out and asked if I would bring it back in the next week to change that out. It was almost 8pm on a Saturday at this point so they were down to minimal staff. Monday morning I sent him a message about the tail light, and a tire sensor service warning I had noticed on the way home. He messaged me back within a few hours and said I was set up with service and just to bring it in. It was so easy. While they were fixing the tail light it was discovered there was a wiring issue, they took care of it AT NO COST to me and did it with a smile. The tire sensor ended up needing to be replaced, that to was replaced FREE OF CHARGE. I would have thought it would stop there, but it didn't. They got me a new key fob and programmed it for me as well. I am over the moon with my experience and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They treated me like family. That isn't something you see every day anymore, especially in used car sales. More
