Salesman was nice and helpful. It took nearly 5 hours to complete the deal. I was not pleased with the managers lack of explanation on why my trade-in value was lower than expected It took nearly 5 hours to complete the deal. From the time I walked in the door to leaving with my new 2026 Chevy traverse RS was the best customer service that I have experience in years! This was the second vehicle that I bought within two months due 2026 Chevy traverse RS was the best customer service that I have experience in years! This was the second vehicle that I bought within two months due to my first vehicle was totaled out by an accident not my fault. So coming back to Thornton Chevrolet was not even a thought. It was just an experience again.. starting with Clyde who is my salesman on my first 2025 traverse and then two months later on my 2026 traverse was just one of the best individuals that I met. Then there was Courtney after going to finance one of the best finance people that I’ve met that looked out for me and not for the company was Kevin. Then there was Courtney, who walked me through all the apps and made the first OnStar call. All I can say is what an extra extraordinary team.! More

I live in NC and John Thornton in GA worked out a great deal for me. I got to the dealership late at night due to major car accident going through SC but they stayed and completed the deal and made sure I deal for me. I got to the dealership late at night due to major car accident going through SC but they stayed and completed the deal and made sure I understood EVERYTHING about the car before I left which was pushing 10pm. They even had the car fully charged (Chevy Blazer SS EV) and detailed before I arrived. Would highly recommend and will use again.Thanks Clyde and Derek!! More

I just wanted to say, me and my husband Mike were thoroughly impressed with Clyde and the entire staff at John Thornton Chevrolet. They went above and beyond our expectations, and gave us a great dea thoroughly impressed with Clyde and the entire staff at John Thornton Chevrolet. They went above and beyond our expectations, and gave us a great deal on my new Chevrolet Trax RS! We drove over 250 miles to purchase the car.....but from the deal we got, the full tank of gas, the red ribbon, and the great service....it was well worth the drive. My only regret is that we will have to use a local GMC dealership, and can't use John Thornton GMC for our future service. Thank You Again Mike and Gina Riddle More
