My vehicle was taking in for squealing brakes. The squealing never stopped and I called back in to get it repaired. i was told to go my nearest GMC service center. I was charged $984 and I should be reimbursed for this expense considering that they couldn’t fix it and it was a none issue. I’ve called and spoke with the Director Bernie Gonzalez about this issue and he was no help and stated that they wouldn’t pay for this, he also stated he would call me back after he got more information. No call back and I’ve also called and left messages with no callback. This is not good customer service and the experience has made Mr loose confidence in the GMC customer service. I should be held responsible for brakes that was sold to me as being good and operable condition. Please reach out to me issue so we can get this resolved. More

Sneaky. I was assured I would pay MSRP and nothing additional. Then charged $1500 extra. I purchased while I was on the road for work so it would be ready wh I was assured I would pay MSRP and nothing additional. Then charged $1500 extra. I’d been waiting months for it to arrive from the manufacturer and paid down payment based on assurances from the sales person. Then when I got to my laptop at the hotel, discovered the additional charges for theft and supposed paint protection. Then when I get home with the truck the next day, I discovered scratched caused by the dealership’s poor washing of the vehicle. It’d been sitting outside (pictures) so it had dust and pollen on it. Then not properly rinsed before washing and scrubbed debris into the black paint. There was also a deep scratch likely from transport. I paid out of pocket to fix the paint but it could only get 90% fixed due to the deep scratch. I tried to have the paint along with a broken infotainment center immediately fixed at John Thornton as well as Rick Hendrick (which was close by). Neither dealership would cover it or provide a vehicle to me for the days needed to fix the infotainment center. So I had to take it outside GM to get the paint fixed and to Jim Ellis GMC to get the screen replaced. No one from John Thornton would call me back after numerous calls for months. Neither service, nor sales managers would answer or ever respond. More

Adrianna - 10/10! She was patient and understanding. Despite my credit challenges, she assured me she would get me in an SUV in my budget! And she did! Service is fine. A few issues with the customer service at the service department with one person but thats about it. I've been coming here since 2015 with both of my chevys. The one problem i have is it just takes to long to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks to schedule an oil change is ridiculous. Byron has always been great when i come for an oil change Need more techs or at least more doing the smaller things like an oil change. But this is how you lose customers, you can go down the street for the same service in 30 mins. Small issue. I have multiple cars so I can always wait for the appointment but others may not be able to. But, overall, love the dealership. Just hire more techs More
