My family has bought 4 new vehicles here in the last two years. Unable to repair a vehicle after a month or so, some of the problems was not their fault but just a bad experience. Over charging for diagno years. Unable to repair a vehicle after a month or so, some of the problems was not their fault but just a bad experience. I bought my truck at the end of Dec . there was a mark on the bed side . Matt said it would be taken care of . when I went to pick up truck m there was a recall so I wasnt able to pick u there was a mark on the bed side . Matt said it would be taken care of . when I went to pick up truck m there was a recall so I wasnt able to pick up that day . so 8 weeks go by and truck is finely fixed . But mark on the bed was not . three week pass before it is fixed [or so i thought ,] after washing the truck the mark came back . Talked to Matt again , said he would get it in soon . In the mean time my truck was hit and needed repairs . I showed the marks or cracks in the paint to body shop . 5/29 shop called and said truck was ready . I drive over to get it , and marks are still there . they said bart would be there friday and fix it . 5/30 I gat cal truck is again ready , I drive over again . truck is still not fixed . 6 months I feel is not a fair amount of time to fix and still not done right . two day in a row driving to dubios and still dont have my truck . I hope someone really take this to heart and makes this right . I am not sure I wil buy here again or tell other people to buy here . most likely steer people away from here ,if i dont get better service More
