Dealership refused to perform service that was scheduled for 150K transmission service per Ford Explorer Maintenance Manual. Customer Service Representative stated that he did not recommended the service. A for 150K transmission service per Ford Explorer Maintenance Manual. Customer Service Representative stated that he did not recommended the service. After stating multiple times I wanted the transmission they didn’t service it. When I asked if I authorized other recommended service to be done and I replied “yes” they did all other recommended service except the scheduled appointment (transmission service). The bill was $1100 for 4 spark plugs, and a couple of air filters. When I asked way the transmission was not serviced… they stated “Well we didn’t have to time… etc” Horrible service & CSR’s that do not even know vehicles maintenance service intervals. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership for any work to be done or purchase a vehicle. More

This service department at this dealership was horrible. No one returns phone calls. They did not want to file my warranty claim for paint at Hyundai. Even tho the warranty ended up being approved.
