I have a 2014 car and I reluctantly agreed to an expensive repair. Sadly the car is not worth too much more than the repair. Unfortunately, this expensive repair did not fix my problem and I'm faced expensive repair. Sadly the car is not worth too much more than the repair. I wish the folks at the Service department would have been honest when I asked, "will this repair fix the problem, will there be additional work needed". Of course the answer to that question was "no". I understand folks in the service department have a revenue quota, and I am certainly a victim of that quota. Thanks for the life lesson! More
