I would have given you all 5 stars because of the finance manager. He was simply amazing, however, the salesman was so frustrated and seemed to take it to personal. He didn't listen to me at all and made it manager. He was simply amazing, however, the salesman was so frustrated and seemed to take it to personal. He didn't listen to me at all and made it seem like it was just the sale for him. I get it, it is a sale, but don't make me feel like it's just the sale..... It's just business you guys are trying to make money. I'm trying to save money, it's just business. When you're in a business like that, you have to treat every customer differently. Like a tell, hes used to dealing with the same type of people doing the same things over and over. So when someone like me comes in, it frustrates him. I get it, I'm not mad at him. I was glad to complete the sale and get my vehicle..... business handled. More
