From the beginning, he was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He took his time with me, focused on my wants and needs, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. What stood out to me the most was that he truly went above and beyond to help me without making the experience feel like it was only about making a sale. He respected the fact that I wasn’t ready to purchase that day and still gave me the same level of time, attention, and excellent customer service. Although I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, I would absolutely like to work with him again when I am ready.
