Instead, he patiently listened to our interests and graciously accommodated every request we made to view or test-drive different vehicles that fit our needs and preferences. Oliver was courteous, professional, and remarkably patient throughout the entire process. At no point did he rush us or make us feel as though we were anything less than valued customers. His calm and respectful demeanor allowed us to explore our options comfortably and make our decision without any pressure. Interestingly, we had no intention of even considering an electric vehicle when we arrived, yet that is exactly what we happily drove home in, our fourth Equinox.
