He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there. More

BARRY BRASH AND CRAIG GABY MADE SPENDING 50K FUN! I have been searching for a few years for the perfect vehicle to reflect my style. I contemplated getting a Wrangler, a used Hummer and an FJ Cruis I have been searching for a few years for the perfect vehicle to reflect my style. I contemplated getting a Wrangler, a used Hummer and an FJ Cruiser. I have always bought new and wanted to do so again. I didn't "need" another vehicle as the two I already have only have a total of 100K miles, but I wanted to be "stylin'" as I approach my 75th birthday. By chance, I saw an article on the 2019 TRD Pro 4 Runner and when I saw the preliminary pics, I wanted it. I knew it was a limited edition each dealer getting one. So, I put out a mass email to all of the Toyota dealerships in MO. Within an hour I got responses via email and calls from the internet managers around the state who had no idea what they were talking about. Barry Brash was the only sales manager who called and within 15 minutes on the phone with him I had ordered the vehicle I wanted. The following week, I met with him to select accessory items and it was a delightful and productive meeting. He kept me posted on the progress of the construction of my vehicle and last Friday I picked it up....another delightful experience. Then he introduced me to Craig Gaby to complete the purchase and warranty details and Craig was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to be with. I paid cash so we did not deal with financing or lease details. I felt with Craig that my interests were being recognized and served. He explained the various warranty choices without being pushy. Barry spent extensive time that day teaching me about the features and operation of my new vehicle and set up some of the electronics for me. Frankly, I was never going to patronize a Bommarito dealership after an inexcusable, exceptionally bad experience with their Nissan dealership where I had been a faithful and easy customer for several years So, Barry had an uphill battle to win my confidence to return to a Bommarito operation and he did it with panach. In summary, Barry and Craig made this the best auto buying experience I have ever had and could ever have hoped for. More

You call or stop on by and they are eager to authentically attend to whatever it is that you need! I got the car I needed and the financing that made the most sense for my situation. Craig took his time to make it happen. I’m so thankful. He knows his team and put into the caring hands of James who made sure everything was a smooth transition from my Honda — which had also been a Bommarito deal. I love this family. James pulled in team mate Cory to assist in the set up and troubleshooting with new technology and I learned to have confidence in my new automobile and its many tools. Thanks so much!!!!!!!! More

Then Angie in finance finalized the sale, and I drove away happy in a great Corolla for a lot less than I'd have spent other places. I'll recommend Bommarito Toyota to everybody who's looking to buy a car. Great bunch of people. More
