Easiest car I have ever bought. These guys are shocking for NEW CAR DEALER. I was casually looking for a used car for my teenage son to take to college. I was not in a rush to buy These guys are shocking for NEW CAR DEALER. I was casually looking for a used car for my teenage son to take to college. I was not in a rush to buy a car, just looking around. I saw a car on CarFax.com that brought me to Star Chevrolet. Unlike most new car dealers, these folks have a very wide selection of used cars with higher mileage and lower prices. I found the perfect high mileage Impala and called to discuss it with them. The sales people and the general manager were extremely polite, and not HIGH PRESSURE the way most dealers are. We looked at the car we came to see, looked at 4 or 5 others they had on the lot and went back to the one we came after. Signed the paperwork and drove off. Between the salesman, Cody and the General Manager, we were well taken care of. Needless to say, my son loves the car and I will call Star Chevy back when I am in the market again. While waiting on paperwork for our car, we overheard the General Manager telling another customer that they had just determined that the used vehicle the customer came to look at had a transmission problem and that he recommend they pass on that vehicle. That's right, HE TOLD THEM THE CAR WAS BAD and Wouldn't sell it to them. (and it wasn't the Twilight Zone) More

He explained the options to us, let us ask any questions, but never pressured us in any way. He even drove out of his way to my house to help me pick up a trade-in as my husband was out of town for work. I got this great service the first vehicle I bought, so therefore, that is why we chose to come back and to use Cody for the other sales, He is truly concerned if you are satisfied, even after the sale as we have heard from him on numerous occasions. They have a great staff there including Gary, the Sales Manager as well as Jason in financing, and you can tell they fully support their sales staff and all work very hard together to insure that you are getting the best deal.
