Cody was attentive right when I got there. An oil change and tire rotation usually takes 45 minutes. I then load up my 1 year old child to leave and another vehicle gets parked right behind me by a technician. Then, I had to unload my child and go find someone to move the vehicle. This wasn’t the best experience that I’ve had at this dealership. More

Since Victory took over and replaced a few service reps I had a great experience with the new personnel. Cody was extremely polite and helped guide me through my experience with the new company.
