This was the easiest sale your dealership has ever had. I searched online and emailed for an out the door price. Got the price and told the salesperson that we would take it -All we needed was a sales order so I could bring a check. Management said they would not do that. Told the salesperson that we would be at PM at 10am to sign the papers. Had not even been in the vehicle-when we got there-vehicle was not ready, no paperwork had been done-=nothing. When we left after an almost 2 hours-no thank you-just a bye. 360 people work at the Credit Union and Pete Mankins is a valuable partner and we apricate the business you send our way. Would not have expected this at all.
