Service center I bought in my Honda Civic in for a repair and told them to call me before repairing the car no one called and they ended up charging me 150 to clean I bought in my Honda Civic in for a repair and told them to call me before repairing the car no one called and they ended up charging me 150 to clean my brakes because they said there was a lot of salt built up causing my car to make noises when I slow down. The noise was still there when I drove it home. So I bought it into buds and they said my noise is not from my brakes after they torn it apart it ended up being my front axle that was causing all the noise. My car is finally fixed because I went to the right place that took their time to look at my car. Thanks Allan Nott for charging me and not fixing my car I asked for a refund but Cody said they will look at it again for free. No thanks! More

Excellent Service Department My wife and I stopped by the Toyota Service Department on January 8, 2018 to have an accessory installed on our recently purchase Toyota Highlander. My wife and I stopped by the Toyota Service Department on January 8, 2018 to have an accessory installed on our recently purchase Toyota Highlander. Since it took a bit over an hour (just dropped in on a busy morning, no appointment), we were able to experience and observe several customer interfaces with the Service Department personnel. In a word: WOW! From the moment we pulled up to the door, we were met and greeted by courteous, personable professionals. Rather than the first time for us to be visit, Allan Nott employees treated us like old friends. We poured a coffee, ate a banana, and relaxed. So for the next hour or so, we watched as each and every customer received the same level of courteous attention that had been given to us. Actually. this attention our wants and needs extended back from our first visit while shopping for our Highlander. The salesman, Steve, sold us the car we wanted; the sales manager worked with us on pricing and the finance manager had us taken care of quickly with some of the neatest computer interface equipment we've ever seen. Our salesman was knowledgeable and made us feel like we were his most important customer. While we had shopped within a ninety mile radius, it was great to find what we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay, just up the highway. While not "in our backyard", Lima is convenient enough that we will use Allan Nott for all of our routine service requirements, too. More

Great Service. WonderfulPeople We were there this time for a Toyota recall on our 2012 Sienna. This was supposed to be a long day. We were there at 8:00 AM. We hung around the showroom awhile drinking coffee and watching TV.. We then took the shuttle to the mall area where we shopped and had lunch for a few hours. Much to our surprise we got a call that the van was finished in only 3 hours. The shuttle picked us up at Panera Bread and we headed home. It was a good experience. These folks really have the service aspect down! (They are technically very good too.) Everyone is so nice. We were very pleased. More

He asked us what we were looking for then brought the exact vehicle out. We went for a test drive, loved it and purchased it. No pressure at all. Free scheduled maintenance for 2 years and free car washes for life. Whats not to love about that Finance with Steve was painless and enjoyable and Cody knew his stuff when showing us the ins and outs of our new car. Just a great buyer experience for me and my wife. More

Cody was great! I took my Toyota Corolla in for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed a lot of road noise since my tires had not been rotated for some time and I took my Toyota Corolla in for an oil change and tire rotation. Having car repaired My car was fixed and it runs great but the parts took longer than i was hoping for to come in. I'm sure it was not the dealers fault but i had a preg My car was fixed and it runs great but the parts took longer than i was hoping for to come in. I'm sure it was not the dealers fault but i had a pregnant daughter and being without a car was a problem. I wished i was given a loaner car but it was never offered. That is my only complaint. More
