My daughter gos in for a transmission fluid changed asked them if they was going to change the external trans filter got told car dosen't have one cause he was to lazy to look I sent her with the Part number them if they was going to change the external trans filter got told car dosen't have one cause he was to lazy to look I sent her with the Part number for the filter and told her to tell him it's on backside of transmission..he tells her it's fake..after he snaps her hood plum off of car and throws it in back seat off her 2010 civic..charged her $119 for fluid change and sent her on her way..I tried to call up there and couldn't even talk to nobody. Like a ghost town. I will be putting this review every where I can and letting all my friends and family know how you do business..parts fake you have got to be joking..do better hire real mechanics.. More

We have purchased numerous vehicles from them over the years. Recently we had a maintenance issue with our 2018 CR-V that was technically out of warranty. Due to the fact that the car had low miles and we years. Recently we had a maintenance issue with our 2018 CR-V that was technically out of warranty. Due to the fact that the car had low miles and we had a long history with them they covered most of the cost. They didn’t have to do it but they did. Above 100% There is not one person that I have talked with in my experience with dealing with this dealership that does not go out of their way to help me unders There is not one person that I have talked with in my experience with dealing with this dealership that does not go out of their way to help me understand my vehicle, ask questions with understandable directions and I can drive my car to their facility and ask anyone for help and they have the answer immediately. My husband and I have done business with them for several years and we would not go anywhere else. I appreciate all the time they give me and the friendliness of all the staff. More

Another Fantastic Buy! June 14, 2019 Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by both Jon and Steven Cox. I explained I was interested in purchasing a new Passport a June 14, 2019 Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by both Jon and Steven Cox. I explained I was interested in purchasing a new Passport and that they had what I was interested in on the lot. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the product, financing and selling price we agreed on. I've owned quite a few vehicles and shop around for the best deal and that always takes me back to Allan Nott. While it is a business, they do care about what they sell and making and keeping people happy. I have yet to meet a group of professionals that outclass these guys. Keep up the great job. More

Excellent Sales and Service I bought a used van from Allan Nott. The entire process was painless and a breeze. I even took my 6 yr old son with me. There was no pressure during a I bought a used van from Allan Nott. The entire process was painless and a breeze. I even took my 6 yr old son with me. There was no pressure during any point of the sale. Brodey and Miles were very quick with negotiating and kept things going smoothly. My van was "as is" so I under stood the risks involved with buying. I think it came with 1 month or 1000 miles. After 3.5 months of driving and a few trips to a different, less than adequate dealership (Thayer Bowling Green, Ohio) to resolve a vibration problem, Thayer couldn't figure it out and so I called Allan Nott explaining the issue. Allan Nott Honda service fixed the issue and the van has never driven as smooth as it does today (since I've owned it). Not only did Cody and his team at Allan Nott diagnose the issue but they were also very generous in helping with the costs. Even though my vehicle had been sold as is Allan Nott went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. I will gladly be returning to Allan Nott for future purchases. I've never had a better experience with a dealership! More
