He always tries to oversell, does not listen, talks down to women condescending, I honestly know a lot more than I’m sure he’s giving me credit for - like, that I do not need to replace my entire rear windshield wiper motor when replacing the blade would suffice. As I considered, somewhat confused about this, and dissatisfied with his explanation, I declined that replacement which was met with scowling disapproval. Once I declined, another employee supported my decision and then informed me that I would have had to sign a waiver releasing liability if he if he broke the glass. Something he failed to disclose. This time, I went in for a simple battery replacement and left with a $266.00 bill. No conversation, no options, he just did it. Had I known before the installation, I may have chosen to go elsewhere because I know I can get a less expensive battery at freaking Costco. I bought my car from you. All of the work has been done by you but I will NOT deal with him again and unless I can avoid him, I’ll be going elsewhere. More
