Mason, the salesman was very polite and attentive. However, once having received payment, I feel that communications increasingly became one-sided. Dealership staff appeared to struggle with the out-of-state sale in multiple aspects, including calculating appropriate sales tax (I ended up paying an additional $600 local tax), coordinating shipping (I ended up flying out to pick up the vehicle in-person due to multiple delays), significant delay in title and registration information being sent (information was finally sent to the DMV over 3 weeks after payment, contract, and well after I took position, and just as the temporary tags were about to expire), and ultimately I was never refunded the cost to transport the vehicle ($1200) after picking it up in-person and after multiple calls and messages to the sales rep, sales manager, and financial staff regarding the situation. More

Worst customer service in the valley. Had vehicle for 2 weeks. Went to pick it up after they called me saying it was ready to be picked up and service was completed. It was supposed to be the cornerstone of a new business—our fresh start. Instead, it’s been a crushing blow. Within 24 hours of getting home, the truck threw 32 error codes. THIRTY TWO. That’s not bad luck. That felt like deception. Our local RAM dealer cleared the codes once, only for every single one to come roaring back the next day. After pouring $1,700 into urgent repairs, it broke down again. And through all of this? Not a single word back from Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sandy. No apology. No explanation. No support. It’s hard to express how devastating it is to feel like you’ve been lied to and abandoned—especially when you trusted a certified Ram dealership to thoroughly inspect and vet their vehicles before listing for sale. This wasn’t just a truck to us. This was our future and more than that, the future of our twin baby girls. It's hard not to feel like they knowingly sold the truck in this condition, with an expensive warranty tacked onto the purchase price, that covers none of the suspected issues is unconscionable.
