I have been impressed with the entire W&L experience. My budget only allowed for a used Subaru and as a first time Subaru driver everything went well. From the sales to financing, the process went smooth. I had the car for 1 week and a rubber seal/trim around rear wheel was loose. The service department replaced at no cost not only the left, but the right that was also loose. They looked over the entire car while there. I was impressed with everything from sales, financing, to service. I plan on having this Forester for a long time, but will return to to W &L for any future car purchases. More

Salesman Joe was great, but our car was not cleaned very well it still had candy wrappers in the door wells. The purchasing of the car was simple & fast.
