It took over two hours for an oil change and coolant flush. I had an appointment. I still have a seat belt issue that was not resolved. The service department does not seem to understand seat belt issues. Over $250 for this service . Tring to redeem FordPass rewards is a chaotic experience. It seems like they really don't want to redeem your points unless you make a fuss. After doing business with Reedy for over 30 years I must say I am disappointed. By the way, Chad is no longer at the service desk. He was great. I miss him.
