I was originally was in the restaurant industry for 9 years and 6 years in JFK at a steakhouse called Bobby Vans. I developed a love for serving people & customer service through my years. I became a certified trainer & had a lot of success in building up the team over the years. During the shutdowns, I lost my job and was confused on what to do next. I found my self in a smaller personal car store named "Toyota of Massapequa" I had no car knowledge experience and was not a "car guy" at all. The first 4 months was difficult /overwhelming. I almost gave up several times. It didn't click until I realized that serving tables in a restaurant & helping clients find a new car are a lot more similar than one would think! I would always tell my on coming staff that " anybody can eat anywhere but what's going to make them come back to you? It's going to your deep knowledge of the menu & the experience you give" I pride myself on my Toyota product knowledge & giving a great experience.

When I met Colby, I already knew the vehicle I wanted and the specific details and packages, bu the dealership did not have the vehicle at that time with the specifications. However, 2 day later Colby called me with the awesome news, he found the perfect vehicle for me! I am very thankful he was able to secure my dream car. Each and every person was so nice and accommodating. And I never felt pressured...pressure is not a good sales approach for me. We went around to dozens of dealerships looking for exactly what we wanted. Colby was the one salesperson to listen to us right away and do everything he could to help us whether it benefitted him or exactly what we wanted.
