I was originally was in the restaurant industry for 9 years and 6 years in JFK at a steakhouse called Bobby Vans. I developed a love for serving people & customer service through my years. I became a certified trainer & had a lot of success in building up the team over the years. During the shutdowns, I lost my job and was confused on what to do next. I found my self in a smaller personal car store named "Toyota of Massapequa" I had no car knowledge experience and was not a "car guy" at all. The first 4 months was difficult /overwhelming. I almost gave up several times. It didn't click until I realized that serving tables in a restaurant & helping clients find a new car are a lot more similar than one would think! I would always tell my on coming staff that " anybody can eat anywhere but what's going to make them come back to you? It's going to your deep knowledge of the menu & the experience you give" I pride myself on my Toyota product knowledge & giving a great experience.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Colby Fielder at Toyota of Massapequa. He's an excellent salesman, he opened the door for us as we first walked into the showroom, and took the time to get to know me Toyota of Massapequa. Over a few hours, we test drove 3 separate vehicles, and Colby ultimately sold me a beautiful 4Runner at a very fair price, working with my budget. His manager Danny was also great, once again taking time to get to know me before and while we talked numbers. This was my first time buying a new vehicle. I shopped around at a few dealerships, but the level of customer service from Colby and everyone I interacted with at Toyota of Massapequa stood above the rest. I'm very happy that I was able to give them my business. More

Three words: competent, reasonable, and respectable. When you hear those words, only one sales consultant comes to mind: Colby Fiedler. Years ago, when my wife and I were shopping around for a new vehi When you hear those words, only one sales consultant comes to mind: Colby Fiedler. Years ago, when my wife and I were shopping around for a new vehicle, this man came to us not just to sale a car but assisted us by being patient while we look at each vehicle of interest, providing recommendations on what vehicles features we are looking for; especially when comes to space and safety, and giving reasonable monthly payment plans that best fits our budget. But what is most important is that he make sure that we are satisfied towards the end of the sale. Based on what we have experience years ago, we are still getting the same treatment again. Thanks to Mr. Fiedler's professionalism, we always ask the front desk for him when comes to car shopping. Thank you again, Colby, for helping us getting a new vehicle and hopefully your continuous and effective civility, we can come again for another.
