I was originally was in the restaurant industry for 9 years and 6 years in JFK at a steakhouse called Bobby Vans. I developed a love for serving people & customer service through my years. I became a certified trainer & had a lot of success in building up the team over the years. During the shutdowns, I lost my job and was confused on what to do next. I found my self in a smaller personal car store named "Toyota of Massapequa" I had no car knowledge experience and was not a "car guy" at all. The first 4 months was difficult /overwhelming. I almost gave up several times. It didn't click until I realized that serving tables in a restaurant & helping clients find a new car are a lot more similar than one would think! I would always tell my on coming staff that " anybody can eat anywhere but what's going to make them come back to you? It's going to your deep knowledge of the menu & the experience you give" I pride myself on my Toyota product knowledge & giving a great experience.

Could not be happier with my purchase of the 2023 Corolla Cross Hybrid SE. Colby went above and beyond every step of the way to get me the exact car I wanted. We had a great experience working with Colby at Toyota of Massapequa on the purchase of a new 2023 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro.
