Felt like the tech was doing me a favor. I showed up on time for my appointment. I the. basically waited by my vehicle for about 10 min. Meanwhile I noticed 3 techs in their small office space at the drive thru lanes. I got no acknowledgement or a simple “One of us will be with you shortly...” I went inside to see If I should maybe let the clerk know I was here. She basically told me to wait by my car. I mentioned I’d been doing that for the past 10 min., but it didn’t matter. My service tech was supposed to be Lucas, but he was not there. So I got someone else... no apology or any greeting. When I originally called, I asked could the work be done in an hour, otherwise I’d be happy to reschedule. I was told yes. Yet upon drop off I was given a 1.5 hours timeline, as if my request was never relayed. I was not happy about that, but had no choice at that point and had to leave it. Everything else went O.K. and the work was performed to satisfaction. More
