I’ve bought two vehicles from the Leavenworth Zeck Ford. My first was a low milage Ford Fusion. After a month of having my car it started to smell. My husband pulled the cabin air filter and it was filled w My first was a low milage Ford Fusion. After a month of having my car it started to smell. My husband pulled the cabin air filter and it was filled with dog food. Probably 100 pieces that came falling out when he removed the filter. We figured this was a one-off but enjoyed our experience so we decided to come back 2 years later. My husband and I bought a 2013 GMC Sierra.it looked to be in almost perfect condition and nothing on the car fax. They gave it a “120-point” inspection and said only thing wrong was a cup holder. We went through with the purchase in October 2021. We took it to the shop in December 2021 and come to find out the frame is completely RUSTED underneath the truck. The gas tank is completely rusted and the fuel line is completely rusted. Along without the ball joints. The mechanic said he was blown away by the damage. Zeck Ford prides themselves on this “120-point” inspection which says “FRAME” as the number 1 thing they check during the inspection, but somehow missed the frame being completely rusted??? The mechanic this can only happen if it has been sitting for YEARS. We are now expecting a baby and can’t afford to get our primary mode of transportation fixed. I have recommended several people to Zeck Ford. One of whom bought a Ford Explorer almost 6 months ago. I can’t believe this how you treat loyal returning customers. This won’t be the last you guys hear from me. More
