Though these people were freindly and quick to respond, they are like any other dealership in that they want as much of your money with as little effort as possible. This was evident by the effort by me to they are like any other dealership in that they want as much of your money with as little effort as possible. This was evident by the effort by me to get the best trade values for my trade in vehicles in which they were willing to provide lower than KBB values. Also, there were noted items that were greatly underpar from the detail department that I specifically called out to Chris during the test drive that were never looked at or fixed when I received the vehicle. To me that shows a total disregard of care or interest to the customer that I get the best service possible. More

I took a huge risk buying this vehicle sight unseen and out of state. Once I was able to determine it was not a scam, we were able to come to a deal. I only had to take a haircut on the shipping. 1 week out of state. Once I was able to determine it was not a scam, we were able to come to a deal. I only had to take a haircut on the shipping. 1 week into owning it, there was a major mechanical issue. The Dealership and Chris K. were very helpful and cooperative, and we were able to come to a reasonable deal. With a little tactical patience with the process, I found the experience very good, and I would recommend this dealership. More
