Bought A new car and was promised msrp but my financial person was Tyler Hubler and he had to be the most dishonest person I have ever met. Charged me an extra $7,000 for fake package they call the "Peoria person was Tyler Hubler and he had to be the most dishonest person I have ever met. Charged me an extra $7,000 for fake package they call the "Peoria sports package" and after you sign any deal they take their commission and run for the hills and you will never hear or resolve your problem again. Then they will sell you on their dealership specific warranty instead of the Ford warranty which would have allowed you to go to ANY ford dealership but now you are stuck with these people and their bad service at this location. (3 hour oil changes at a minimum) It's truly wild they are getting away with all of this. Total bait and switch people so if you sit down with anyone named Tyler Hubler you should also run far away because he will try and get as much of your hard earned money as he can and have a smile on his face while he is doing it. Don't support this kind of behavior not every dealership is like this. More

Saw a truck online and inquired about the availability. Started getting phone calls right away. They weren’t able to meet my offer so I thought the matter was closed, but no, the sales force seems to think Started getting phone calls right away. They weren’t able to meet my offer so I thought the matter was closed, but no, the sales force seems to think calling someone over and over again is some kind of a game. I have told several of the sales people that I wouldn’t buy from the dealership if it was the last one on earth. Here it is a month later and these people are still calling and texting me. They call at night and when I answer there is no response. I hit the redial and it goes right to there dealership. FAIR WARNING NEVER EVER CALL THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They will harass you with unwanted calls and will not stop. I’m calling the manager today and if I get no satisfaction I will look into other options More

Took a week to just diagnose my car. Took another 24 hours for them to contact my warranty company. The issue with my car was that the trunk wasn’t opening. They got the part for my car Took another 24 hours for them to contact my warranty company. The issue with my car was that the trunk wasn’t opening. They got the part for my car on Friday afternoon and didn’t even start working on my car until the following Tuesday. It took 2 weeks for them to fix my trunk. My husband also had to go in to the shop on Tuesday to open the trunk since the mechanics didn’t know his to open it without breaking it and charging us $400. I will never be back to this location. More
