My husband and I just purchased a 2023 CX-5 from Denton Mazda. Communication with Will Gassner was open, honest, and friendly. When we arrived at the dealership Will was ready for us and we proceeded to ch Mazda. Communication with Will Gassner was open, honest, and friendly. When we arrived at the dealership Will was ready for us and we proceeded to check out the vehicle and go for a test drive. We agreed this was the vehicle for us and we proceeded to conclude the deal with Colin Finnell in the business office. Both Will and Colin were easy to work with, professional, and kind. They were both patient and not pushy in the least. The dealership itself is clean and everyone we encountered was friendly. We are very much enjoying our CX-5 and would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Denton Mazda to give them a try. We will be back! More

After having the same car for 8 years, my wife and I set out to test drive a number of cars to decide what we would get next. Many dealers had no inventory at all, Bob Tomes VW told me they don't mark up MS out to test drive a number of cars to decide what we would get next. Many dealers had no inventory at all, Bob Tomes VW told me they don't mark up MSRP, then proceeded to tell me that I was required to buy their "In/Out Protection" which was $5800 on top of MSRP. Frustrated and nearly defeated, I called Denton Mazda to see if they had any CX-9 on the lot. Chris Garner told me he had one, and in the color I wanted. He said he would email me the out the door price before I drove all the way there. No dealer add-ons, and no markup. He told me I would pay what's listed on the sticker, plus TTL, and that's exactly what I did. There was no BS to deal with, no back and forth, no haggling. It was refreshing to find both a salesman as transparent as Chris, as well as a dealership that respected their customers. I drove out there that evening, and drove home that night in a new CX-9. Chris was a pleasure to work with, and is as honest as they come. Colin Finnell in finance was also great to work with. He made the final process super easy, and worked with me on getting the extended warranty and things I needed for my new car. I would highly recommend Denton Mazda for the way they treat their customers. And if you want a salesman that will shoot straight with you, and is friendly and honest, then ask for Chris Garner. More
