Well, I cannot say enough good things about my experience a Metro Lexus in Brook Park. From the email communication once I reached via their website for more information the car I was interested in until the a Metro Lexus in Brook Park. I have to admit when I first got the email response, I thought it was just an automated response it was a pleasure to know that Allison really existed. She was so amazing. I am very selective and like all the details before making any major purchase. Buying a Lexus was definitely on my major purchase list. This was my dream car, and it became a reality. Allison showed me the car that I was interested in along with three other options. This made me feel I was making an informed decision. Then the day of purchase yes, I waited a few days before making the purchase. Allison still treated me like I was a valuable person. The service was exceptional then the sendoff after all the paperwork was completed almost had me in tears. Allison and the team were so patient with me as I recorded and took pictures every step of the way. Yes, I took a lot of random photos and video as this was a prayer that was answered. Great Job Allison and the Metro Lexus team that care for me. I have to take one last minute to mention Sarah Klien you completed my paperwork and reviewed every item that was available to me in such a way that I added more essential features. For example, the replacement key insurance. This was a great piece of mind to have. Trae Harris also did a great job explaining all the functions of car and made sure I knew if I had any other questions he was there. Clay greeted me and my family with nothing but smiles while I waited. He frequently checked in on us while we waited for Allison and Sarah. Clay also gave me frequent updates in the 15mins that I waited. This team is exceptional. I would not have changed a thing. More
