Like any car purchase I started of anxious did my research and started out contacting dealers. I got a very competitive price from DCH, I was then contacted by Colleen and later Don who took all the information over the phone. When I reached the dealership my paperwork was ready, I was offered all the services but no hard sales tactics, I actually selected one of the additional services as well and have no regrets about it. When I drove off in my MDX I was left wondering why couldn't it always be so nice an experience - Thanks More

Harry Jones did an excellent job assisting with getting some of the paper work done ahead of time. On the day of the purchase, I worked with Don Nardone. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain all of the options in the car before I drove off the lot. The overall experience exceeded my expectations in price, quality and service. I am definitely recommending this dealership to my friends and family. My First Used Car I'd like to start off this review by saying that this was the second dealership I'd visited on the day I bought my car. First I went to Hudson Honda i I'd like to start off this review by saying that this was the second dealership I'd visited on the day I bought my car. First I went to Hudson Honda in search of a used Honda Civic, and while they were decent at best (I'll write a separate review for them), I walked out with nothing. A few hours later, feeling disappointed, I thought, xxxx, I'll try DCH Montclair Acura. There was only car I wanted to look at, and with the help of Colleen Amirr (who, as far as I understand, is in charge of internet sales...I'd emailed about the cars first) I was introduced to Barry Katz, who was very helpful. The test drive was fantastic. I don't know my way around the area, but Barry guided me down two roads where I was able to aptly test the car's speed, brakes, acceleration, and its performance while driving on an incline. He answered my questions promptly, and most importantly, didn't try to push me to make a decision. But the decision was made. As soon as we went inside, I made an offer on the vehicle, and although I did make a bit of an aggressive offer, a manager was called (I don't remember his name, sorry) and we were able to come to an agreement. I went home that day with my first used car. That was last week, and I've been a happy driver ever since. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful when we arrrived. Collen set us up with Tony Karatzia. He was great. Very helpful, informative and no nonsense. He took us on a test drive and then he helped us put together a great deal. Throughout the whole process he was very patient (we asked a lot of questions numerous times). We never felt pressured or uneasy. We felt he was very upfront and honest. He put together a great deal for us and we are very very happy with our purchase. After we made our decision on the ILX we sat down with Benjamin. He also was very helpful to us and made the paper work as painless as possible.
