Excellent. Abusolutely great service. I have bought previous cars from 4 different dealerships in past years. In the past month I have been to 5 different dealers looking for a used BMW an I have bought previous cars from 4 different dealerships in past years. In the past month I have been to 5 different dealers looking for a used BMW and after dealing with pushy, rude and sometimes deceitful dealers. I finally came accross this dealer. From the initial call to find out how later they were open the service was absolutely superb. Every person I communicated with at this dealership was, courteous, patient, but most importantly they were to my bewildering surprise honest and upfront. I think I appreciated that most of all Keith was the sales person, if he did not know something he just said, I don’t know let me find out, rather than lying like other dealers. They were very honest and knowledgeable on the financing front Jaime was great. Even Nick who drives a hard bargain allow me to walk away pleased. I always find something to complain about but these guys so far have been unbelievable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, looking for a fair deal, and knowledgeable reasonable people willing to work with you. I went in to look a a car and bought the same night. Keith actually close the dealership down close to 11PM to make sure everything was done. And even at the last minute when I was ready to leave he never rushed me, and made sure all my questions were answer. Even call me the next morning to ensure there were no issues.
