They patiently listened to my issues and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and explain what exactly was wrong with the car. It was a major repair, which they got performed on time and I am very satisfied. I think Colleen and Chris Toth are thorough professionals who are a credit to their Car Dealership. Because of them, I am more inclined to not only continue visiting Koons Tysons Toyota Service department, but also purchase a car from this dealership. I want to also make an honorable mention of Ike, the mechanic who actually fixed my car. He too was a thorough professional and very honest and upfront. More
