He was actually just helping my original salesman Igor, who had the day off! His ability to pick up were I left off is such a skill! I thought I would be spending the day at the dealership but nope I was in and out with all paperwork done in under 5hrs! Even down to Finance, when I was uncomfortable with my monthly payments when compared to me lease payments, Jeffrey in finance gave me other options and with his expertise got me to a more reasonable number!
