Quick and easy to work with I knew what I had to have for my trade in and we were able to reach an agreement relatively quickly with no high pressure sales push. This dealership has been here a long time and I believe locally owned which says a lot about it. My salesman was Colton Wells. It was a very painless business deal and they were open to different options. Finance Manager ,Nick Galetti explained paperwork very clearly before asking for signatures and also gave options on getting paperwork done quickly at license bureau. Spoke to Mechanic Ryan, before purchasing, he was very knowledgeable. .Never owned a Mitsubishi looking forward to the experience. More

My wife and I learned about the great deals at Northtowne Mitsubishi at the Kansas City car show. We decided to take a test drive the next day at the dealership and instantly fell in love with the Outlander Sport. We shopped around town a little bit, but found other dealers to not only have sub-par values on cars, but they were also very pushy in making the sale, making us uncomfortable. We returned to Northtowne to purchase the Outlander Sport and everyone was very helpful and pleasant during the process. Despite the excessive time we spent waiting for the car, it was well worth it. We would definitely recommend buying Mitsubishi vehicles from the Northtowne dealership. More
