I have bought 5 cars from this dealership and they always go out of their way to make sure I get the best deal, get the best service, and ensure I am taken care of and happy!!! I tried another dealership onc go out of their way to make sure I get the best deal, get the best service, and ensure I am taken care of and happy!!! I tried another dealership once and hated every second I was there so I left and went straight to Northtowne and left with a new car at a great price that same day!!! Colton Wells was very good at keeping in touch with us.we brought a 2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara from him. He made sure the car was cleaned up to the best. He was wonderful to work with and was very thorough in regards to making sure every detail was taken care of and handled the way we would want it being as that we couldn't be there in person until purchase. He orchestrated having leather put in the car and heated seats for us as the vehicle didn't come equipped with it but that was what we were after. All in all he made the entire purchase a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend working with him if you decide to purchase a car from this dealership. Our daughter couldn't be happier with her new dream car...she even considered sleeping in it the first night;) Thanks again Colton and Northtowne...you were great! More

Colton did an excellent job of showing only the cars I was interested in. He gave me time to think about the car without being pushy. I also worked with the gentleman in the first office on the left as you enter the building. I do not remember his name, but he also did a fantastic job with the actual pricing of the car. He worked hard to get the price that I wanted. The finance person also did a great job of going over all the financing - but in a timely manner. More
