$100 Short issue I decided to get a new car ... I went to Ray Skillman in Greenwood by myself and spent 8 hours waiting to get a car (which I’m sure is a petty game t I decided to get a new car ... I went to Ray Skillman in Greenwood by myself and spent 8 hours waiting to get a car (which I’m sure is a petty game to make people impatient by the end) . My salesmen was Conner (he is great honestly, my issue is not with Conner). I traded in my car it had a small pay off from a little buy here pay here place. I gave the finance department the pay off and they said no problem. I test drove a 2018 Kia Optima and after they ran my credit more that I appreciate they talked me into down sizing my want to a 2018 Kia Forte. A week later I got a call from the buy here pay here saying the pay off was $100 short. So I went and got the paper work and it was $100 less than what I told them. I called Ray Skillman and they said I have to take care of that and made it like it was my fault. A $100 may not be much to them but with a $400/mo car payment on top of the rest of what I have going in my life that little money is important to me. You would think they would apologize for the mistake and take car of it. But I guess not. I don’t recommend going here without someone to really go over everything no matter how long it takes! More

He listened to exactly what we was looking for in a vehicle and he made sure that all our possible options was availabl Connor was extremely helpful. He listened to exactly what we was looking for in a vehicle and he made sure that all our possible options was available from not only his store but from the sister stores. He went above and beyond and met us at the door as we returned after shopping around and insured that the care we ultimately chose was completely ready for us all the way down to transferring plates and placards to assisting with linking our phones to the car Bluetooth. He and the finance rep made sure that vehicle was exactly within our budget. The finance rep even came back right before we left after signing the loan paperwork and made sure we got all the discounts we was supposed to get and corrected the paperwork which saved us more money on our purchase. More

He took the time to listen to what we wanted and the budget to stay within, and then made a recommendation. During the test drive he answered all questions and explained features of which we were unaware. A little lengthy to get through the entire process, but an overall great car buying experience. We will recommend Ray Skillman Kia and Conner Lopardo to friends and family. More
