Additonally, adhesive was dripped on the outside of my car and didn't bother to clean it until I brought it to their attention. After already purchasing a car from Humberto Lopez, he became very rude and disinterested in helping me with my car value appraisal. I had made it explicitly clear to Humberto that I was not looking to purchase another car from VW and he still deliberately tried to sell me a Tigun instead of providing me with a copy of the appraisal for my car. Bought a used car from Brookdale Volkswagen in September it broke down a month later and they told me that my car was sold as is. Ended up taking it to another dealership and was able to trade it in for som it broke down a month later and they told me that my car was sold as is. Ended up taking it to another dealership and was able to trade it in for something more reliable but still have to pay off the rest of my car loan. I’ve tied reaching out to the dealership with no response. Worst experience of my life. More

It took multiple days and people to complete the service work needed on my recently purchased used Atlas. My sales person was great but service then was terrible. I went through multiple people that did not work needed on my recently purchased used Atlas. My sales person was great but service then was terrible. I went through multiple people that did not fulfill repeated requests and received no communication. I only finally received communication once Maurice in service took over at the end of my experience. Then when my vehicle was returned it was in horrible condition. My center council cover in the back seat was not properly secured, there were nuts and bolts in the front and back seat on the floor, nothing was vacuumed after being worked on, the “carpet” under the drivers door was pulled up and made difficult to move seat back and forth. Center storage cover still does not open and close well as I don’t know if I snapped it all back together properly. Very bad first experience after purchasing my with your dealership. More
