I was treated so well when I had an issue with my Passat just a couple days after I bought a car. They brought me to work after dropping my vehicle off and brought a rental car to my work for me before I go just a couple days after I bought a car. My salesperson, Hannah, took great care in listening to what I wanted. She knew the inventory, understood each model and very patiently worked with me as I looked at and drove several vehicles before landi what I wanted. She knew the inventory, understood each model and very patiently worked with me as I looked at and drove several vehicles before landing on the one I got. She found me the perfect vehicle. Financing was easy and quick. This is usually the part I dislike the most, but it was fast (with the application able to be done beforehand) and there’s no “hard sell” on the extras. They offered them, explained them, and moved on if declined. The sales manager came out to thank me for my law enforcement service and other sales associates made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The snacks and beverages were a nice touch since I had been there shopping all afternoon! This is my third Volkswagen and I come back because I trust the vehicles and because VW service is second to none. I’m not blindly brand-loyal. I’ve owned several different makes of vehicles, but I always come back to VW. More
