All these years I've dreaded going to the dealership, but I must say after working with Trisha Hulin, I'm looking forward to the next time. We had an accident and needed to replace that car, so we pulled up I must say after working with Trisha Hulin, I'm looking forward to the next time. We had an accident and needed to replace that car, so we pulled up as soon as I said I dread this, I look up and a pretty professionally dressed young lady is waving at us with the most warmest smile I've ever seen. Immediately I felt the weight of the stress fall from my shoulders and how nice it was to see a female in sales. We exited our car and her voice was the most welcoming as well. I felt like we were at a family members home, that's the first time I've felt so good about buying a vehicle. She seated us, offered us refreshments and something to drink, her area where she works, was nice, clean and welcoming. She worked diligently as I had several makes and models I wanted to look at, she never complained and that warming smile never left her face with us. I pay attention to the smallest details, and I couldn't say one negative thing about our experience with Trisha, the absolute best car buying experience we've ever had. I hope this dealer knows how lucky they are to have her, we left in our new 2500 HD, and will be going back in a few months to add to the fleet and I can't wait to work with Trisha again, please ask for her if your in the market! The Customer services is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I was to get a refund check on the 13th of October and I still don’t have it. All I hear is it got lost in the mail or it’s in the mail.
