Barry Sanders dealer GM Keith said that they misspoke and won’t pay the $1221 that they owe for the windshield warranty. They won’t even return calls to the Hyundai Manufacturer Case-manager that agreed that won’t pay the $1221 that they owe for the windshield warranty. They won’t even return calls to the Hyundai Manufacturer Case-manager that agreed that they owe me $1221. So if the GM Keith is not returning customer calls or Case Managers calls from the Hyundai Corporate, what makes you think he will return your calls? More

We’re very sorry for the frustration, Mr. Chadic. While Multishield’s policy allowed only a repair, when your windshield was damaged by a rock, we replaced it at no cost to you. We also addressed the display screen issue with a factory reset. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we work to provide better communication and service in the future

I appreciate you fixing the windshield, which was admirable especially after you tried to charge me for 1/2 of it and I held firm and you replied I was being too picky for my $40k car that had 700 miles. So the warranty Multi shield policy was canceled in the first week and was charged to me for $1221 and the bank institution, Hyundai Corporate, County Registration ALL agreed that Barry Sanders needs to pay the bill of $1221 that you mysteriously keep avoiding and that is why we are here. Just like when you said you had the Screen replaced in the car and just did a reset? So are you going to pay the $1221 that you owe for the cancellation?

Everyone I worked with was transparent from the time I walked in until the time I purchase my vehicle. Great service and everyone was a pleasure to work with.
