The only reason we purchased a vehicle from palmen was because of Connor. We came in with a check and he stayed late to help us. The sales manager just wanted to leave and told us that he was not talking because of Connor. We came in with a check and he stayed late to help us. The sales manager just wanted to leave and told us that he was not talking about the price at all. That is the price and it not changing. We left and Connor called us back 10-15 minutes later that he was able to get closer to our price. The sales manager was in such a hurry to leave it messed up the taxes. And was completely rude. We have some friends looking to buy a car and we told them to really consider not buying from palmen if that sales manager is there. More
