Rear a.c. was not working on my 17 buick envision. Warranty Repair entailed removing dash, doors, front seats and center console. While troubleshooting tech also realized a.c. condenser also had a leak. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and Tim kept me informed of the progress, which was a welcome surprise. I am extremely satisfied with the service department at Palmen. Service tech did all that work; and the interior still looks like new.
I just recently purchased my 2009 Buick Enclave. And I started taking my car to Palmen for service. I only been here twice. The first time I just schedule an oil change appointment and I love how the were so nice they went above and beyond to make their customer feel like the are at home while they wait for the services to be done. The wait area for me is very well put is had tv entertainment, snacks and a kids area for the customers with families. The second time I was there I was so impressed on how they came up to me and told me one of my headlights was burn. I wasn’t aware of the situation so it was good they let me know. I really like how their customer service is very friendly and they help a lot on anything the customers need. I will totally keep coming to this place for my car services and will recommend family and friends to go to this place.
