You guys helped my husband finally get rid of his one-time mistake (yes, it was a car!) even when he was upside and came out with such an awesome car, lower payments, and back on track- like it never happened. Conrad and Rafael are an example of what pleasant sales should look like. Ed simply does it with his over-the-top no hassles sales and finance process, and somehow he always knows exactly what we need. Keep it up- see you in 3 years! More
