Over all nice people but found out heater and a/c doesn't work on driver side,chip on windshield. Purchased car online and flew in to pick it up. Watch the finance Dept.. The car was listed on CarGurus for 1 work on driver side,chip on windshield. Purchased car online and flew in to pick it up. Watch the finance Dept.. The car was listed on CarGurus for 17,898.00. They said it would be easier to finance with them . Well they charged 19,658.00. But I really wanted the car. Then something went wrong with the finance after I got the car. Told them I would pay cash for the car which they said I had 30 days to pay. Well I called today and I guess the finance company paid for the car and now I have to pay them an additional 1500..00 to be done with the fleecing of my pocket book. Shame on them, the finance company (Ally), and me for being too trusting. More

A huge thank you to Edgar for going above and beyond in helping me find my 2021 Yukon! We live 2 hours away and I will make the drive again when we’re ready for another vehicle just to know we will be rece helping me find my 2021 Yukon! Another dealership near me had sold me a Yukon (in transit) and after doing all the financing they said Oops we accidentally sold this vehicle to someone else already. I was so upset and thought I would wait 8 more weeks for another one to come in. I called around to dealerships everywhere in and around Houston and Edgar called me the very next morning with the best news ever. 2 days later I was driving home in my new car. He didn’t have to go out of his way for someone he had never met in person, but he did, and I can’t thank him enough for that! Go see Edgar if you’re ready to buy!
