Really awful experience full of lies and gaslighting. When I called out the sales associate and the finance team about lies they told me they brought in the manager who then restored to instead of apolog When I called out the sales associate and the finance team about lies they told me they brought in the manager who then restored to instead of apologizing for the lies doubling down and threatening us. He forced us to sign and pay for packages that were unnecessary and unwanted and threatened to take back our purchase of a car we had already put a down payment on, had planned our lives around for 6 weeks for and had already traded our car in for. We had spent hours and weeks agreeing to one thing before right at the end when we were exhausted were strong armed into buying things that we didn't need or want. After we were threatened in this way and caved in and paid for these extra packages the ironic thing is that there was further paperwork that said that these packages were optional but they said we had already signed for them so we didn't have an option anymore. It was more than rude, it was unprofessional, sleazy, and should have not be tolerated. I hope you never treat anyone like this ever again. More

Welcome to Corwin Toyota where we like to tack on additional fees and waste your time even though we know you drove 8 hours to pickup a vehicle, I had to tell them no 3-4 times when asked if I would additional fees and waste your time even though we know you drove 8 hours to pickup a vehicle, I had to tell them no 3-4 times when asked if I would like gap or other protection packages etc… we just wanted to head back home since it’s a long drive & ended up being there for 3 hours just waiting on Rocky to “Print Paperwork” upon being showed the paperwork I mentioned the price we agreed on was not correct on there he had it at 72k financed when it was supposed to be 68,xxx that was the first red flag, then he had to tweak the numbers 3 times to get it corrected, kept asking if I wanted to add gap for $19 a month I again said no, upon arriving home I noticed yet again another Delivery/Handling fee that had no reason being on there I had made this a point that I didn’t agree to any fees and if they could waive them we would have a deal and they originally agreed. However once I showed up this was not the case. The vehicle had a decent sized dent in the front quarter panel that was not disclosed and I didn’t notice until the next day when it was sunny outside, I contacted them about these issues and can’t gotten a response. You are there number 1 priority when you have money and are gunna sign papers but after that they just tell you to kick rocks. Can’t say I’d be buying another car from them anytime soon. After seeing all the negative reviews I chose to not believe them and regret doing so. More
