George did not go over any of the features with me. Connecting the phone in particular or how to operate the key fob. I wasn't aware all doors had to be locked in order for the car to start. I'll probably have to go back to the dealership to have them explain this. Also Drew in finance did not explain the different interest rates for the terms until papers were signed. Cooper was excellent! Very polite, Pleasant , knowledgeable and took the time to explain several things about the car to me. Very nice young man! This asks for a rating on Chad Fisher?
