We went to and were contacted by this Authorized dealership via the Costco Auto Program. Salesperson and manager acted as if they were unaware of the program Then we asked to have dealer print the dealership via the Costco Auto Program. Salesperson and manager acted as if they were unaware of the program Then we asked to have dealer print the Costco Member Only Price Sheet, Salesman indicated that mfr rebates not to be combined with Costco program. We pointed out, as indicated in BOLD, that we are entitled to applicable mfr rebates and incentives and special financing, and dealer installed items or addendums are included. Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. Salesman and manager kept trying to exclude rebates, and would not itemize rebates on paperwork. Finally, after purchasing vehicle, salesman was not able to help me in the personalization/set up of car. When I asked how to check oil %, he was looking on his phone for help. When asked about memory seating, he recommended that I set it up each time between drivers 1 and 2. When I went home it was still in Demonstration Mode. I called OnStar next day for help. We would not have continued with this dealership, if not for the Costco Auto Program. More
