Bought my ford escape from laird Noller ford in Topeka in July 2025 and since can’t get any of the issues resolved due to no one will call me back. I’ve called there 5 times and get sent to voicemail every t July 2025 and since can’t get any of the issues resolved due to no one will call me back. I’ve called there 5 times and get sent to voicemail every time without a call back. There was a $208 mistake made when we bought the car of my pay off value made by the sales department well guess who got to pay for it…me. My brakes didn’t sound right from the start so I took it back and was reassured that the shop ran diagnostics on it and everything was fine. They squeal when I use them. Now there’s another thing I will have to pay for. The car was to be detailed and have some light marks buffed out of the hood after I bought it and it had to be taken to the dealership twice to get it done right. It didn’t make things any easier considering that I live over a hour away. When my car was first purchased we went through several people just to get the car. I should’ve known better. I will never…I mean never by a car from them again. More

Buyer Beware: How Noller Ford Mishandled Their Own Mistake, And Tried To Make Me Pay for It On July 12, 2025, I purchased a 2017 Jeep Patriot from Noller Ford of Topeka. At first, everything seemed Mistake, And Tried To Make Me Pay for It On July 12, 2025, I purchased a 2017 Jeep Patriot from Noller Ford of Topeka. At first, everything seemed great—the sales process was smooth, and I drove off the lot feeling good about the deal. That feeling didn’t last long. Just six days later, I received a call from the dealership informing me that they had made a serious mistake: the Jeep I had purchased had a large lien on it, and they couldn’t get me the title. I was asked to return the vehicle. While frustrating, I agreed, trusting they’d own the error and make it right. I was assured they’d get me into something just as nice, if not better, at a comparable price. I found a 2017 Hyundai Elantra on their lot—priced about $1,500 higher than the Jeep—and expressed interest. We scheduled an appointment for July 23. That’s when everything went downhill. After a test drive, we sat down to discuss numbers—and suddenly, the price had jumped by $1,200. When I questioned it, the Sales Manager casually said the price had “recently changed.” By the time all the added fees and charges were included, the Elantra that was supposed to be “comparable” ended up costing $3,680 more. That’s more than double the difference I was told to expect. When I pointed out how unfair this was, the manager quickly became defensive and dismissive. He claimed he had already “cut the price thousands” to “help me out”—as if I should be grateful to be paying significantly more for a situation they caused. At no point did anyone take responsibility for the mess or express any real concern for how badly they had derailed my purchase. Instead of standing behind their word, they acted like I was the problem. No accountability. No genuine effort to make things right. Just pressure to spend more money to solve their mistake. It didn’t end there. It took over three weeks and six separate requests just to get my refund—something the general manager, Jorgina, originally promised would be processed quickly. Each time I followed up, I got a new excuse: “The person who signs the checks isn’t in,” or “Management told us no checks can be issued today.” The only thing that finally moved the needle? Filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office. Even then, instead of resolving the issue, they just kept trying to upsell me more cars—each one more expensive than the last. If you’re considering buying from Noller Ford of Topeka, proceed with extreme caution. Everything might go fine—until they make a mistake. And when that happens? Based on my experience, you’ll be left with painful story like mine. More

But the finance extended warranty guy didn’t tell us his name and he was awful and pressured hard to sell us on something we told him we did not want, was not interested. Came real close to picking up our check and walking out the door. What a shame because up to this point it was really a nice experience. More

Upon entering the beautiful showroom floor, I was immediately greeted by several friendly and caring salespeople. I felt and was treated like I was someone who was special. I was amazed at how well o immediately greeted by several friendly and caring salespeople. I felt and was treated like I was someone who was special. I was amazed at how well organized all the sales staff people moved so efficiently in a very professional environment. Even when I had my vehicle serviced, the service department was totally awesome. With professional, friendly, and positive attitudes, I had never been in a dealership's service department that was so quick to complete my vehicle so promptly. With quick and smooth completion, a serviceman explained what was done and if anything else needed to be repaired. Outside and around the large selection of new and use vehicles, so many different clean autos and trucks with so many choices to choose from. It seemed like there is something here for anyone who is seeking a new or used automobile. The only to sum up all that I have said and witnessed is... Impressive, most Impressive More
