After my my purchase I had an appointment to have a minor repair that was agreed to in the purchase contract. I asked her a question about flat towing and she immediately blurted out that the truck could not be flat tow. I had done my research and with Nolan's help, we had put the truck in tow mode and I even knew the page in the owners manual that described how to flat tow. The service consultant lost all credibility with me and the future, I will not work with her. More
